We’re happy to announce that Stranger Things is back in The Mist, bringing back the Demogorgon, Steve Harrington, Nancy Wheeler, and the Underground Complex Map.
As you may know, Chapter of Stranger Things was left for Dead by Daylight in November 2021, after its original release in 2019. Now, on Stranger Things Day of all days, this beloved Chapter will once again be made available to all players.
We understand you may have some questions – hopefully, this clears everything up.
Which characters are returning?
Demogorgon, Steve Harrington, and Nancy Wheeler. The Jonathan Byers Legendary Outfit will also return.
What about the Underground Complex?
The Underground Complex Map will be available to all players.
Are the Stranger Things costumes also back?
Yes, of course. All Unknown Goods are now available again in the shop.
What about Perks?
Each Stranger Things character was released with 3 unique Perks, which became General Perks after the Chapter was removed. Until then, they will regain their previous names. Over time, they will revert to being special character Perks.
If you leveled up a character while these perks were normal, the unlocks will remain unlocked. However, you won’t be able to unlock the other Perk Tiers until you purchase a Character Perk from the Shrine of Secrets or level Stranger Things characters to Prestige 1, 2, and 3.
Are the Stranger Things Achievements/Achievements coming back?
Not at this time.
