After several years of consistently offering the same Switch Mario Kart bundle for Black Friday, Nintendo has finally launched a new Black Friday bundle for the Switch. According to Nintendo’s new Black Friday announcements, the new Switch OLED and Super Smash Bros. The Ultimate bundle will be available at select retailers and My Nintendo Store from November 19th.
This is new a mass offering will include the Switch OLED model, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (digital download), and three months of Nintendo Switch Online. It will cost $349.99 MSRP, about $67.98 in savings. This offer makes it one of the hottest things to consider in the Switch Black Friday sales (which will officially run from November 17-24 this year). Although the bundle only includes the standard dock, unlike the original Smash Bros. bundle, this is the first time that the gray and silver Joy-Con has returned to the market in years. Also revealed is the Super Mario Party + Red & Blue Joy-Con bundle that will launch on November 10. This party pack includes a full Downloading the Super Mario Party game and two red and blue Joy-Con controllers, they cost $99.99. Note that this is the first time that a proper version of the Blue Joy-Con has been made available in the US. It was previously only available as a pack by order from the Nintendo Store in Japan. Finally, for eager Black Friday shoppers, starting November 19, Nintendo will once again discount select games by $20 or more — but according to Amazon’s Black Friday program, we should expect to see these deals at retailers from November 17 onwards.
This will include popular titles such as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Luigi’s Mansion 3, Xenoblade Chronicles 3, and Super Mario Odyssey. We’ll also be seeing Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe and Minecraft Legends: Deluxe Edition for $29.99 and Everyone 1-2-Switch! for only $19.99.
