Latin Grammys 2023 red carpet: photos – Billboard

  • November 18, 2023

It was a very pleasant afternoon on the red carpet of the Latin Grammys 2023 on Thursday, November 16. In its first edition outside the United States, the 24th edition of the awards went to Seville, Spain, and the lively atmosphere of the city was an inspiration to the musicians present.

Karol G was radiant in a bright pink short dress that matched her hair. Shakira wore black and gold. At that time, Nathy Peluso, Elena Rose and Nickie Nicole all wore Sevillian red. As for men, who would have thought that a traditional black suit could be so versatile? From Rauw Alejandro’s almost bare chest to Ozuna’s glittery coat, the styles on the carpet proved that traditional beauty can coexist with modernity.

Other stars walking the red carpet include Camilo and his wife Evaluna, Juanes and his wife Karen Martínez, Peso Pluma, Carlos Vives and Maria Becerra.

The Latin Grammys take place at the Fibes Congress and Exhibition Palace in Seville, and will be broadcast on the Univision, UniMás and Galavisión networks at 8:30 pm Eastern time in the United States, and in Latin America.

Winners of the Premiere, which is an award ceremony where many awards are presented, include composer and producer Edgar Barrera, who won three awards.

Barrera is the most nominated at the Latin Grammys this year, with 13 nominations, followed by Colombian stars Camilo, Karol G, Shakira and composer Kevyn Mauricio Cruz (aka Keityn), with seven nominations each. Argentinian producer and DJ Bizarrap has six. Pablo Alborán, Bad Bunny, Maria Becerra, Feid, Dave Cutch and Natalia Lafourcade, have five names each; and Santiago Alvarado, Paula Arenas, Juanes and Ovy on the Drums, with four each.
