The Elevator is Out of Order achievement/trophy you can get during “Highrise” missions Modern Warfare 3. To find it, you’ll need to climb to the top of a building that covers the level in 45 seconds flat.

How to get Ascender in ‘Highrise’ in MW3

You cannot get the Elevator Out of Order trophy on your first run in “Highrise.” Unlocking success requires The Ascenderavailable on the 11th floor. Once you have the Ascender, run through the level again to try the Elevator Out of Order trophy.

At the beginning of “Highrise,” in the basement, use the ladder to reach it 5th floor.

From there, continue forward – there is only one possible way – and get to 6th floor. Follow the hallway, up the stairs, and jump over the window to get there 7th floor.

Outside the building, follow the path to reach the room ruined ceiling. Use the rack to reach the ledge and get to the 8th floor.

Continue until you find the elevator, go into the hallway next to it, where you can find a small opening with a ladder leading up to it 9th floor.

After going up the stairs, you will find yourself in front of several windows. Exit the building using the one on the left and follow the path that will lead you to 11th floor.

On this floor, you want to go on the west side of the map. To do so, follow the corridor.

Finally, there is a hole in the wall. Go ahead, stay inside the building and follow the corridor until you find a wired window.

How to get Elevator Out of Order in Modern Warfare 3

With the Ascender in your hand, getting the Elevator Out of Order achievement/trophy is very easy. First, avoid wasting time trying to kill enemies, and run whenever you can.

In the basement, use the Ascender to take you to the 5th floor.

By retracing the same path you took to get the Ascender, get past the two enemies in the corridor and reach the next ledge. Use it to get to the 11th floor.

What you need to do next is, in the window, use the Ascender to zip to the platform outside the building.

Then, continue again use the second string to zip it into the next section.

Once you get to the other side you will get a pop-up notification that you have completed the Elevator Out of Order achievement/award Modern Warfare 3.
